Our staff is the heart of CMP Dental Arts! Each staff member expresses our commitment to gentle care and our resolve to provide radiant dental health and smiles to our patients. Each staff member brings a person touch of experience and care. We are a small private practice in Fayetteville, NY with many long term patients. Dr. Poulos is looking to grow and add another Dental Hygienist our practice. We value our staff and our office tenure represents that. This is a rare opportunity to join a long standing practice that has been serving patients for over 30 years. ** $5,000 Sign-on Bonus**
Qualifications:
- Valid Dental Hygienist License Minimum of an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
- 1+ years of prior Hygienist experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Versed in Eaglesoft
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation:
CMP Dental Arts offers Medical, Dental and vision coverage to full time employees. We offer a competitive compensation package including 401k matching! We have a 4.5 day work week to help maintain work life balance which is critical to maintaining our office culture. We close for 1 week every year between Christmas and New Year to allow the staff time to recharge and spend time with their families.
